Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a client relationship begins, in which case retention follows regulatory record-keeping for financial advice (typically at least five years after the advice relationship ends, and longer where rules require). Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle.

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or a financial regulator.
